Services:  A statewide program to help families meet the special needs of infants and toddlers, age birth to 3 who experience delays in

any of the developmental areas.  We offer the following services:  special instruction, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy,

vision services, social work services, counseling, education and parent to parent support.  When possible services will be provided in home

or in a commuting setting depending on the needs of the child and the strengths of the family

learning and assist them in making progress toward their educational literacy and employment goals

Services:  Success By 6 is a service of the United Way.  SB6 is a resource for parents, caregivers, professionals and the community about

the importance of a child’s early years and development (prenatal through age 6).  SB6 publishes the quarterly Chautauqua Young Child

Magazine which is free.  SB6 also advocates proper healthy physical development, which includes the UB Mobile Central Unit.  SB6

provides information and referral service for parents, caregivers, agency’s through First Call for Help (FCFH line) at 1-866-773-3748
